Instructions for use:
Use the "All LTMEs" dropdown to find samples with your LTME of interest. You may also select Cluster 0 and Cluster 1 B cells in the dropdown.
Once a sample is selected, you can modify cells or markers as needed. Be sure to click "Update Markers" after selecting markers to apply your changes.
Click on an LTME in the image or legend and
scroll down
to see additional information about that LTME cluster.
